Due to hurricane Ian the office still has no power or internet service. Water was restored yesterday but we have not power and no internet service. Please bear with us. Our staff has also suffered personal loss and the office was flooded also. We will be doing remote work from what is left of my personal home.

Please use the patient portal to communicate avoid the contact page on the website this does not connect to your chart.

All appointments for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be cancelled. If you need an urgent visit please use your closet urgent care. I will do televisit as soon as Wednesday and plan for a full on-site reopening at the Parker Commins location for Monday October 10, 2022.
