Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸from Mind and Brain Care

Our office is closed today in observance of July 4th, and we will reopen Monday. We hope you enjoy a peaceful and meaningful holiday. 🎆🎇

While the Declaration of Independence was being signed in Philadelphia on July 4, 1776, George Washington was in New York preparing for conflict. That same day, he recorded a small purchase in his ledger, a broom. 🧹

It is a humble detail, but a powerful reminder that even during historic moments, life continues in small and practical ways.

The same is true for brain health. Meaningful change often begins with simple steps: a good night of sleep, regular walks, a nutritious meal, or an honest conversation about cognitive concerns. Whether you are recovering from an injury or working to preserve your memory and focus as you age, each choice matters.

Wishing you a safe, restorative holiday filled with clarity, gratitude, and connection.
