Ideally barefoot π
Why?!
Walking up and down inclines (slides, hills, etc.) π activates the muscles in the feet, lower body, and core
Walking over uneven surfaces (cushions, grass, dirt piles, etc.) π targets the proprioceptive system and helps the body understand where it is and how to move and balance
Climbing over obstacles (fences, hills, bean bags, etc.) π gets the entire body working and helps get both sides of the brain and body working together
