It’s almost time for the 15th Annual Gratitude Challenge. 💫 It begins on November 1, goes all month long, and everyone is welcome to join in!

Gratitude is one of the best ways to cope with difficult times, and it’s something we need now more than ever.

If you’re new to the Challenge, it’s a way to practice gratitude throughout November by sharing something you’re thankful for related to the daily prompts.

You can post on social media (and use the hashtag if you want others who’re participating see it, too) — or you can simply play along without posting!

Use the prompts as a guide to reflect on how you’re grateful for that aspect of life. You can use the prompts in order (as I’ll be doing), mix ‘em up, or make up your own.

More details about the Challenge and info about each prompt (that can help spark ideas if you feel stuck!) can be found here: It’s almost time for the 15th Annual Gratitude Challenge. 💫 It begins on November 1, goes all month long, and everyone is welcome to join in! More details can be found here: https://positivelypresent.com/2025/10/the-15th-annual-gratitude-challenge.html

As always, the Challenge is meant to inspire gratitude and promote thankfulness, so don’t feel pressured to post every day. Focusing on gratitude — not adding additional stress! — is the purpose, so go at your own pace, join in any time, make up your own prompts, and have fun!

After losing her father, Carla Fernandez turned grief into purpose — founding The Dinner Party, a community for young adults healing together. Neptune Fort Myers Service Manager Peter Piscitelli was honored to be a guest of Ret. U.S. Col. Frank Cohn, 97, at the 2024 at the U.S. Capitol. Col. Cohn escaped N**i Germany at age 13 and was drafted at 18 into the U.S. Army. He served as an Intelligence Officer in WWII and spent over 30 years with the Army.
