Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your introductory appointment. This is to ensure the necessary forms or consultations are completed to maximize your experience. All following appointments, please arrive at your scheduled time. Cancelation Policy:
There is a 50% Cancelation fee for any Fo

rgotten, No-Call/No-Show, or Cancellation made within 24 hours of a scheduled session. Appointment notifications are sent 24 hours prior to a scheduled session. It is important to Review and Confirm your appointment upon receipt via text or email.
