Renew Counseling & Wellness is a team of 4 therapists fully licensed in the state of Florida with a wide range of experience working with teens and adults. Our practice specializes in anxiety and stress disorders, chronic stress management and trauma. If you are looking for support and guidance through a challenging situation, stress management, healing from your past or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. We provide a professional and discreet atmosphere to assist you in managing a wide range of life challenges.

As another storm approaches, our thoughts and prayers are with our beloved Southwest Florida community. At Renew Counseling and Wellness, we know the strength it takes to endure life’s challenges, and together we stand strong, united, and hopeful for everyone’s safety.

Please take all necessary precautions, and may you and your loved ones remain safe during this time. The office will be CLOSED for appointments Tuesday-Thursday. Your therapist will contact you directly about rescheduling once things are reassessed on Thursday.
