About Our Practice -

Research is showing that medical cannabis is the ultimate herbal medicine, that is why in April of this year, Dr. Spano and Dr. Auld joined with Dr. Barry Gordon in forming SWFL Integrative Medicine and Compassionate Cannabis. We are a unique practice that not only draws on vast knowledge of women’s health and the full complement of herbal medicine, but addresses each patient’s individual needs, whether they involve coming off addictive prescriptions, neurological problems , arthritis, chronic pain, anxiety, hormonal and digestive issues, autoimmune disease, cancer, or any of a host other chronic illnesses that have challenged western medicine. Our bodies have specific receptors for cannabis and as we discover more about each of its hundreds of components, we may soon find medical cannabis leaping to the head of the line of preferred treatments for many health issues.

We aim to educate and advocate for our patients, expanding the usage of Medical Cannabis to improve and potentially treat a wide variety of conditions. Our Cannabis Certifications are 45 minute visits, focused on your individual needs. Dr. Auld provides cannabis education to all patients and guidance on the specific products that may help improve each diagnosis. Each patient receives a recommendation which is not limited to the type of cannabis products that can be purchased, however we pride ourselves in having the ability to aid our patients through every step of the process and beyond - as we work together to find your ideal balance.
