From hating public speaking (and now secretly crushing it 👏) …
to never touching cardio but being extremely committed to bicep curls 💪 …
to sipping on fruity, girly drinks without a hint of shame 🍹 …
to playing endless pranks on Alana (who’s never safe 😱) …

But the BEST thing that happened during his time at Apex? 👉 Meeting Meg, the woman of his dreams ❤️ (seriously, Angie says she’ll disown him if he ever messes that up 😂).

We’re so thankful for Leo’s 6 years of changing lives and building a vision together!

Ankle sprain ➡️ major progress in just 3 sessions! 💥

This football player came in barely able to move without pain — now he’s cutting, planting, and gaining confidence with every visit. 🏈

Not 100% yet, but we’re well on the way to getting him game-ready again. It’s all about smart recovery, staying consistent, and trusting the process. 🙌
