Rest as needed between exercises.

β’ Bodyweight Squats β 20 reps
β’ Push-Ups (modify as needed) β 10 reps
β’ Walking Lunges β 10 reps each leg
β’ Jumping Jacks β 30 reps
β’ Plank Hold β 30β45 seconds
β’ Burpees β 10β15 reps
β’ Tricep Dips (use a chair or bench) β 15 reps
β’ Wall Sit β 45β60 seconds
