Louise Davis, 94, of Ringgold passed away Tuesday, April 21st, 2026. Louise was born May 23rd, 1931 in Murphy, NC to the late John and Bertha Timpson. She was a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and proud member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church where she served faithfully for 44 years. Louise retired from McKee Bakery after many years of service. She enjoyed gardening and traveling any chance she got.

Louise is preceded in death by sisters, Vesta Verner, Elsie Cornwell, Wilma Timpson; brother, Willard Timpson; son, Kevin Davis.

Survivors include her son, Gerald (Tammy) Davis; daughters, Gwen (Ed) Richelson and Faye (Ken) McCurry; sister, Billie McManus; grandchildren, Jonathan (XiXi) Richelson, Jennifer (Charles) Story, Tim McCurry, Haley (Isaac) Lopez, Jessica (Andrew) Pangle, Drew (Brittany) Davis, Ken (Raechel) McCurry; several great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Rosewood Assisted Living and Caris Hospice for their compassionate care.

Funeral services will be 1 PM, Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Keith Jones and Bro. Jeff Clay officiating. Internment will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
