We are hiring for the position of SenioRx Coordinator. Our current coordinator, DiAnne Callahan, will train the person we hire during the month of May.

There have been a few changes to the medicines that we can assist with.

Novo Nordisk has stopped the “Patient Assistance Programs” for Ozempic. Lilly Cares has re-opened their program for Trulicity. Please check with your doctor to see if a change in medicine is acceptable in your case, to help make your medicine more affordable.

For our current clients on these medicines, each doctor has been sent a letter with their patients’ names that are available for this transfer to Trulicity. Our SenioRx program is available to order upon the doctor’s instructions.

We are preparing for one of our biggest campaigns of the year, "Open Enrollment for Medicare Part D"! We will be helping people from October 15 to December 5, 2025.

For an appointment, you can call Lynn at 256-845-8590, ext. 2.

Appointments can be done over the phone or in person. It is best to do them over the phone, because you will not have to wait in the lobby for your turn. With this being the beginning of flu season, this is the best option.

Call us soon to get on the schedule because the appointment book is filling up fast!

As we assess your Medicare plan, we will also tell you what other programs you might be eligible for, like our Prescription Assistance program called SenioRx. Our DeKalb SenioRx program saved DeKalb County residents over $4.3 million on their Name Brand prescription medicines last year!

Don't forget the Alabama Senior Citizens Hall of Fame and Annual Meeting is THIS Sunday, August 10, at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Conference Center at Capitol Hill. We look forward to seeing you there.
