The End Addiction Sand Mountain Walk and Recovery Event is set for Sunday, August 31, 2025, a meaningful time to honor, remember, and stand together in hope.

Hosted at the DeKalb County Schools Coliseum, this free event creates space to reflect on lives lost to addiction and support those walking the path of recovery.

At Rapha Treatment Center for Women, we believe healing happens in community. We’re grateful for events like this that offer connection, comfort, and encouragement to women and families affected by addiction. πŸ’œ

End Addiction Sand Mountain Walk and Recovery Event is at DeKalb County Schools Coliseum beginning at 4 p.m. Sunday, August 31, 2025. This year, the End Addiction Sand Mountain Walk provides an opportunity for people to connect with resources and other individuals who have lived similar experiences.

It's a place for families to remember loved-ones lost to accidental overdose or other devastating effects of alcohol or substance use disorder. Many bring photos and write messages on them or make signs in remembrance of a loved one.

End Addiction Sand Mountain is a FREE community event. Arrive early for FREE distribution of the life-saving drug naloxone (while supplies last), coins from Celebrate Recovery will be provided and more! We expect many treatment, recovery and support organizations to attend and share their resources.
