Another fun weekend with these wonderful, enthusiastic ladies! I'm so glad pelvic rehabilitation is no longer taboo to talk about. We had a number of DPT students taking this course, it's encouraging to know that they already have a passion for pelvic rehab this early on in their career.

Every year insurances reimbursement physical therapist less and less while cost of living goes up and up. It's sad that medical providers are not paid what they are worth while everyone in Hollywood are making millions.

The pelvic floor and diaphragm move together to manage intra abdominal pressure. When either one is tight it alters our breathing or pelvic floor function. Stress and fear makes our whole body tighten up. Watch how a baby or your pet breaths while sleeping..... that's beautiful, perfect diaphragmatic breathing.

Everybody knows about the sciatic nerve at the buttocks that can cause leg pain. What many don't know about is that the pudendal nerve that passes inside the pelvis can cause groin, hip, buttock, pelvic pain. The pudendal nerve can be released by intra vaginal or intra re**al massage that only a trained pelvic physical therapist can perform. So if you have failed traditional physical therapy then find a pelvic physical therapist to hel become painfree.
