So grateful for this work 🙏🏻
This week reminded me why I love this work so deeply.
I had the honor of witnessing so many beautiful shifts — energy softening, hearts opening, and spaces within people that had been stuck for a long time finally beginning to move again.
I spent time in two Reiki Master mentorships, sat in the sacred quiet of mediumship, held space in a few Reiki + intuitive reading, and walked beside someone bravely embracing their journey with terminal cancer.
Moments like these are humbling. They remind me that healing isn’t about fixing — it’s about allowing. Allowing energy to move. Allowing truth to surface. Allowing love to be felt even in the hardest spaces.
To everyone who trusted me to sit with them this week… thank you. Your courage, openness, and willingness to meet yourself exactly where you are is the real medicine.
I am so grateful to witness these sacred moments of transformation.
May the energy that opened this week continue to ripple outward — bringing peace, clarity, and gentle healing in the days ahead. ✨🤍

Sometimes the quietest part of us holds the deepest wisdom.
I’ve been sitting with the part of me that pulls inward, the hermit within, and she always leads me back to that inner well. A place beneath all the noise and expectations… where truth still lives.
It’s not always easy to follow that current. It often moves against the grain of the world around us, led by something we can’t always explain — something older, deeper, and just for us.
Not every voice needs your attention. Not every opinion is yours to carry.
When you turn down the volume of the outside world and gently come home to yourself… that’s when your real direction starts to show. That’s where the clarity is. That’s where your spirit speaks 🤍

Not only is Reiki renewing, it calms anxiety, stress, fears and worries it also aids in clarity, connection to the highest of all love, divine guidance, more aligned to your aspirations.
Reiki is powerful, yet gentle. It is peaceful and calming! Reiki can never harm and is beneficial to everything living. Reiki can even aid to heal past trauma and to send positive energy into a future. It is an beautiful healing energy.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ~ As a Reiki Master/Teacher I guide you in fully knowing Reiki, for yourself as well as others. Upon your deposit for certification you receive access to a private community of others whom have also completed the class. This community is truly inspiring and uplifting, it has been such an honor to be apart of this!
