If you’ve noticed it’s been a little quiet over here lately…
it’s because life has been unfolding deeply within these walls. 🤍

I’ve been immersed in the inner worlds of those who have said yes to the Within Reiki Mentorships—
walking beside them as we move between the physical and spiritual realms together.

There have been attunements.
Moments of remembrance.
Tears.
Expansion.
Truth rising to the surface.

The kind of work that shifts not only the energy around you, but the relationship you have with yourself, your body, your intuition, your soul.

We’ve been leaning into Reiki not as something to “use” once in a while…
but as a way of being.

A way of listening.
A way of moving through life.
A way of tending to the mind, body, spirit, the home, the relationships, the nervous system, the unseen.

And I can honestly say—
this is one of the greatest joys of my life.

There was a time I could have never imagined this path.
Yet here I am, witnessing others reconnect to themselves in ways that feel sacred, grounded, and profoundly transformative.

Even now, as I write this, I can feel Reiki flowing through me and outward to each of you reading these words.

So pause for a moment.
Unclench your jaw.
Soften your shoulders.
Take one deep breath and simply receive. ✨

This is the moment where you stop abandoning yourself long enough to see what is no longer working.

Not from shame.
Not from failure.
But from awareness.

The awareness that the life you want—the peace, the presence, the connection, the fulfillment—cannot be created while continuously running on empty.

So many women, especially mothers, are trying to change their inner landscape while still carrying the weight of everyday life.
Trying to heal while still showing up for everyone else.

Trying to become more intentional while undoing years of survival mode, overgiving, people pleasing, overstimulation, and self-neglect.

AND THAT WORK IS SACRED🙏🏻

Because creating a life that truly feels like yours is not about becoming someone else overnight.
It’s about slowly returning to yourself beneath all the conditioning, expectations, and noise.

One choice at a time.
One boundary at a time.
One honest moment at a time.

A softer life is not built in a day.
Neither is a regulated nervous system.
Neither is self-trust.

But every moment you choose yourself—even in the smallest ways—you begin changing the way your life feels from the inside out. 🤍

There was a time when Reiki was nowhere in my “plan.”

I wasn’t searching to become a teacher, a mentor, or someone attuning others to healing energy.

What I was doing…
was listening.
Listening to the quiet pull toward something deeper.

Toward the things that softened me. Expanded me. Lit me up from within.
And every time I honored that pull, life opened a little more.

Reiki entered my world the same way so much of what has transformed my life has—
not through force, but through curiosity.
Through a feeling that said, “stay here a little longer.”

That feeling still guides me today.
To now sit across from others…
to witness their healing, their awakening, their remembering…
to attune someone to this energy and watch them begin to trust themselves in a deeper way—
it’s difficult to put into words how much that lights me up.

None of this was built from a perfectly mapped-out plan.
It was built from devotion to what felt alive.

And maybe that’s the message:
You do not need to have your whole life figured out.

Sometimes your next chapter simply begins with honoring what keeps calling you back to yourself.

There was a time when none of this existed in my awareness.

Not Reiki.
Not mentorship.
Not guiding others back into their intuition, their healing, or the truth of who they are.

I wasn’t chasing a title or trying to become someone “spiritual.”
I was simply learning how to listen.

To the quiet inner dialogue.
To the nudges.
To the things that softened me, expanded me, and made me feel more alive inside my own life.

Little by little, that listening changed everything.

And now, one of the most fulfilling parts of this journey is witnessing others return to themselves too.

Watching someone trust what they feel.
Watching their energy shift.
Watching them remember who they’ve always been beneath the noise.

This path didn’t arrive all at once.

It unfolded through curiosity, devotion, and the willingness to keep leaning toward what lit me up.

So if something continues to call to you—
a practice, a feeling, a curiosity you can’t quite explain—
honor it.

Not everything meaningful arrives with a logical reason.

Sometimes it simply arrives as an invitation. 🤍

this life isn’t a landing point…

With valleys.
With highs and lows.

The need for a “quick fix” begins to dissolve.
Because healing was never meant to be rushed.
And growth was never meant to be forced.

It’s found in the smallest shifts—
the way you choose presence over pressure,
the way you return to your breath,
the way you meet yourself
right where you are.

These quiet, intentional steps
may seem simple…
but they are everything.

Over time, they become rhythm.
They become trust.
They become a way of being
that no longer searches for an endpoint—
but learns to move with what is.

This is the work.
Not all at once—
but in the sacred repetition of choosing yourself
again and again.

Sometimes the quietest part of us holds the deepest wisdom.

I’ve been sitting with the part of me that pulls inward, the hermit within, and she always leads me back to that inner well. A place beneath all the noise and expectations… where truth still lives.

It’s not always easy to follow that current. It often moves against the grain of the world around us, led by something we can’t always explain — something older, deeper, and just for us.

Not every voice needs your attention. Not every opinion is yours to carry.

When you turn down the volume of the outside world and gently come home to yourself… that’s when your real direction starts to show. That’s where the clarity is. That’s where your spirit speaks 🤍
