Are you due for a mammogram?

According to the American Cancer Society:

👩 Ages 40–44: You may start annual mammograms.
👩 Ages 45–54: Annual mammograms are recommended.
👩 Ages 55+: Continue yearly or switch to every other year.

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. It’s a startling statistic—but it doesn’t have to be a death sentence. When breast cancer is found early, the 5-year survival rate is over 90%.

That’s why routine breast cancer screenings, like mammograms, are essential.

If you’re 40 or older—or younger with a higher risk—it’s time to speak to your provider about screening.

We did it.

The 437 Project has crossed another finish line. Thanks to our dedicated team of runners and volunteers, our generous sponsors and donors, and a tremendous amount of support along the way, we raised over $320,000 to support Helpline Center and mental health across the state of South Dakota, bringing our 4 year total to over ONE MILLION DOLLARS.

437 miles and countless lives impacted.
