📣 Important Update from Access Health
We want to share an important update about an upcoming system change designed to improve your experience with us.
Starting May 30, Access Health will transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) and billing system. 💻
What this means for you:
🔹 Visits that take place before May 30 will remain in our current system
🔹 Visits on or after May 30 will be recorded in our new system
Because of this transition:
💳 You may receive two separate billing statements—one for visits before May 30 and one for visits after
💳 Payments will also be processed through two different systems, depending on the date of service
