Taking a break! We are shifting gears and closing temporarily to enjoy some much needed time with family and friends 🥰
You can still keep up with us on social media and our website (stay tuned for some online yoga classes!) and find us around town hosting events at our favorite local spots.

Partner Yoga 👯‍♀️
This class is a fun way to share your practice with a friend or loved one! Beginner-friendly and open to all experience levels, this 60-minute session is both playful and relaxing. Bring your partner, friend, or family member and enjoy a few moments of connection and movement together. Even if you have never practiced yoga before, this is a great introduction and a wonderful opportunity to support each other through a new experience. 💞

We had a lovely time at our first Book Club discussion at the studio last night! (November's book was "Destroyer of Light" by Jennifer Marie Brissett.) Thank you to all who read and attended! Looking forward to next month's meeting and another enjoyable evening of literary discussion, snacks, and friendly banter 💙

Last night's Community Expression was a beautiful example of the magic that comes from sharing words and music with each other. 💖
Eve Fox presented her Girl Scout Silver Project, which is an incredible Musical Instrument Lending Library that will live at Sweet & Sar and be accessible to anyone in the community who would like to make use of it. She has collected generous donations of different instruments, sheet music, and books and has housed them in this craftily-curated Narnia-esque cabinet for our collective enjoyment.

At the end of the evening, our open mic attendees had the chance to try out some of these instruments together and the result was an epic, spontaneous jam band session.
Thank you for sharing your vision with us, we are thrilled to be part of this awesome project!

Join us for a very special Community Expression Open Mic Night at the studio. will be presenting her Girl Scout Silver Project and we are so excited to be collaborating with her on an awesome project that will help make musical instruments more accessible to everyone in the community. This beginner-friendly class is open to all ages and experience levels. In each session, you will learn some common yoga asanas and become more familiar with foundational postures while building confidence in your personal practice.
*mats, blocks, and other props available at the studio upon request

Join us for an easy-going practice that is focused on meditation, breath, and gentle movement. Created to support those with mobility limitations, this class is open to anyone who would like to learn some gentle asanas to incorporate into your daily life both at home and in the office. Chairs are provided on a first come, first served basis. 🫶🏻
This session is 45 minutes long; $12 per person.
