🥗 Fuel Your Body with 5-Ingredient Protein Balls 🌱

Are you looking for a quick and delicious way to boost your protein intake? Look no further! Our 5-Ingredient Protein Balls are packed with nutritious goodness to keep you fueled throughout the day.

These protein-packed snacks are not only filling but also perfectly balanced, making them ideal for any meal or snack. And guess what? They're vegetarian and vegan too!

Each bite is filled with the goodness of chia seeds, h**p seeds, peanut butter, unsalted medjool dates, and protein powder. With minimal ingredients and maximum flavor, these protein balls are low in sugar and perfect for anyone who wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

5-INGREDIENT PROTEIN BALLS (20 servings)
1 cup peanut butter, unsalted (no sugar added)
4 medium medjool dates
1/2 cup h**p seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 tbsp protein powder

Directions:
➡️ Add nut butter, pitted dates, h**p seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder to a food processor and blend until all ingredients are well combined and a cookie dough-like texture forms.
➡️ If too wet, add more dry ingredients of choice, such as protein powder or h**p seeds. If too crumbly or dry, add a little more nut butter. These will also firm up in fridge!
➡️ Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
➡️ Scoop out rounded 1 Tbsp amounts and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate or platter.
➡️ Optional: Roll the balls in h**p seeds or desiccated coconut, or melt some dark chocolate.
➡️ Place the finished product into the fridge or freezer - enjoy within 15 min!

🍗 Looking for an easy, delicious, and balanced meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner? Try our mouthwatering Easy Baked Pesto Chicken! 😋✨ With a tender chicken breast topped with basil pesto, gooey mozzarella cheese, and a dash of black pepper and sea salt, this low-carb dish is bursting with flavor and packed with goodness. 🌿🧀🌶️ Get ready for a satisfying meal that will leave your taste buds begging for more! 🙌💪 Don't miss out on this scrumptious recipe - check out our Instagram post for the full details, complete with a tantalizing picture! 😍📸

EASY BAKED PESTO CHICKEN (4 servings)
4 medium chicken breast
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup basil pesto
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
➡️ Preheat oven to 375 F. Trim all visible fat and tendons from chicken pieces, then cut each chicken breast lengthwise into 2 - strips.
➡️ Spray baking dish with non-stick spray, then spread 1/4 cup basil pesto over the bottom of the dish.
➡️ Lay chicken strips over the pesto, then spread the remaining basil pesto over the chicken.
➡️ Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (or use a baking dish with a tight-fitting lid) and bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, just until chicken is barely firm and cooked through.
➡️ When chicken is barely cooked through, remove foil/lid and sprinkle chicken with mozzarella cheese.
➡️ Put the dish back into the oven without foil and cook 5 minutes more, just until cheese is melted.
➡️ After the cheese is melted for 5 minutes, switched the oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes more, just long enough to get the cheese lightly browned.
➡️ Let it cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!

How it Started

Sometimes the Universe throws you lessons that shift your entire world. My world was shifted after my second beautiful child. The truth that unhealthy could describe my mind, and body, couldn't be ignored. Isolation was being used as a coping mechanism, as well as avoidance, and binge eating. Diving into Energy Healing, and Nutrition, for not only my health but that of my family, was the start. I learned that the journey to wholeness is healing mind, body, and soul.

The Goal

The goal here at Cosmic Wholeness, is to join you on your journey to reach your highest good. To provide guidance through Tarot and Oracle, and to offer assistance in reaching a healthier lifestyle as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and a Herbalist.
