We are going to go into fall with positivity and drive for better health!
Here’s the scoop:
1. 3 workouts a week filmed live on a private FB group (you ask to be invited). 30 min workouts that you do in comfort of own home!

2. 2 education sessions a week talking about swapping out unhealthy choices for smarter ones, kicking your fitness up a notch safely, managing stress and adding more positive thoughts/encouragement to others and personal development.
Focus:
🚶20-30 minutes walking a day (in addition to 3 workouts with weights live each week)
🌯 learn to swap out a poor health choice for a better each week
❤️Aim for 10+ personal development/meditation/prayer time or serve community/others with encouragement

Cost: $30 per person
