Whoa it’s chilly out there!

Life has been SO busy lately and I found myself feeling like a cold was coming on…

So this is what I chose to do:
1. Got to bed early last night and plan to all week
2. Drinking lots of fluids
4. Taking oregano/black cumin seed, high dose vitamin d3
5. Spending time in the infrared sauna!!!!

Well that’s a wrap. Another show in the books. Another great experience, friendships built, lots of hard work and little sleep. Finley loves the stage and found her “thing”.

Drama has been the confidence booster that is SO important for a young girl. A thank you also goes out to Karen Meiring, joscie Lefevre, Tracy Westgerdes and the cast/directors at Jay Civic. Finley started when she was a fourth grader doing shows and I believe Annie was her 12th show!!!

Couldn’t be more proud of her and can’t wait to see what role she does next!

Sleeping in today helps greatly to help recover so she can cheer on the JH basketball team for the next few months!
