Tone & Trim Tables Toning Tables are (7) seven different tables that you lay on and let the tables do the work for you, Having any type of joint or muscle pain this works

Each table works from 5 10 10 min each and by using them all you are working all major muscle groups. Price is $5.00 for one session of all tables or 6 sessions for $20.00. If you have signed up for 6 session and you bring in someone that also signs up for 6 sessions you will get a free session. Stop by and let us show you how they work.

By the way we are only using one phone number for both the Tone & Trim side and the Insurance side, that way we don't have to keep jumping up to grab the phone. So if 620-223-5570 is answered with Bob Williams Insurance it is us also.

Just an update. We are now open from 8 to 5 Mon - Friday. We have the remodel done and the tables are working just fine.
You do know that Halloween is coming so you need to come in and check out what Joan is doing with her deco. You know it will be good. She has added a BIG Witch that will talk to you and it's hard telling what else will be coming in. Hope to see you soon.

Well we had opened and then closed back down again to do some remodeling. Looks like we are going to reopen Monday the 13th. May not be completely done but good enough that if you want to use the table you can.
This has been a long Spring but let's get things back to NORMAL!

We will stay with the 8 - 5 Monday - Friday for now.

Call or just stop by we can work you in. Still will only be a few at a time and cleaning after everyone.

In order to keep our customers and their families safe and healthy Tone & Trim Tables will be closed until further notice. We hope and pray that everyone takes this serious, This to will pass and we will be reopened shortly.

Morning everyone, With all the cancellations and closings going on I just wanted to let you know we are still open 5 days a week 7 am to 6 pm. We always spray down the tables with bleach & soap. Hand wipes are there if you want to use them also. So if you want a quiet and peaceful place to relax while you work out come in, we are here to help.
