For those of you who may not know: I started hosting these amazing mental health retreats for women in 2024. In 14 months I have spent 37 deeply transformational 4 day weekends with hundreds of women from all over the US. My retreats offer a very unique approach to healing and are an incredible tool for any women who is looking to further her connection with herself and to take control of her mind, body, and soul.
