This is HUGE! Why? Because it reflects what we know about this disease: its a metabolic problem that affects the ovaries. Particularly theca cell and insulin signaling. (Which is why birth control never really fixed it)

Nothing in medicine is without risk. Even with peptides. This is from Eli Lillys phase 3 clinical trials. We have already seen the tachycardia issue in clinic

We normalize exhaustion, poor sleep, metabolic dysfunction, loss of muscle, hormone decline, and burnout… then act surprised when chronic disease explodes later.
The system waits for disease. I’d rather catch dysfunction early.
