This is what we were talking about, we see it all the time. All the symptoms of low T but doesnt have low T...check out that insulin. So we are treating this patient for endocrine metabolic dysfunction. We're not throwing a glp1 at him. Instead we start with a complete lifestyle makeover, develop a personalized macro and exercise plan. Address cortisol and endocrine disruptors. This is functional medicine.

MCAS common with latent viral infections (mono, long covid)..We have seen numerous patients improve histamine issues with GLP medications . It's multifactoral and the goal is always to follow the pathophysiology upstream but glp are a great tool for rapid relief while we're figuring it all out
