Looking for extra income or a flexible weekend opportunity? We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN or EMT to join our team at an industrial plant in Fort Smith! This position is perfect for someone looking to earn additional money while working a consistent overnight weekend schedule in a professional and supportive environment.

Shift hours are every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with additional PRN shifts available as they come open. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, values a steady schedule, and wants the chance to pick up extra hours when available.

Starting pay is $23–$24 per hour depending on experience and credentials. We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and motivated individuals who are ready to make a difference while providing quality care and support in an occupational health setting.

Requirements:
• Current LPN license or EMT certification
• Dependable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Occupational or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
