🌀 What is Spinal Decompression?
Spinal decompression is a specialized, non-surgical therapy designed to gently stretch and decompress the spine in a controlled way. This helps reduce pressure on spinal discs and nerves while encouraging improved movement, circulation, and healing within the affected area.
