👋 Hi! I guess it's time to say that I'm in 2 locations now (still teaching at the massage school on wed/Thur's & will get a few clients after class). Valentine pkg #2 is 1 hour deep tissue massage with hot stones; 1 hour facial and warm peppermint scalp $180 (2 hour total)

Prayers for myself. I'm having (female type) surgery tomorrow morning. I will be out for about 6 weeks. Please continue to get self-care with massages and chiropractic while I'm out (pm me if need more info). Thankful for such sweet friends, family and co-workers. ❤️

The. Kinetic Massage/ Level 2 bundle 18 hours NCBTMB class from Sarah Rone was amazing! She was an excellent teacher that has been a massage therapist for almost a decade and also a personal trainer. She really has a lot of knowledge to offer & knows her muscles and kinesiology when explaining the techniques. I highly recommend this class! Here is a picture of another student doing one of the techniques on myself 😁
