Labor & Latch is your all in one birth readiness class. Taught by Dr. Karinda Polk of Perfect Peace and Presleigh Williamson of River Valley Lactation, our hope is to present you with the latest evidenced-based education to equip you and your partner for birth and the fourth trimester. ✨

Bring your partner, a mat, and your birth ball. Come ready to learn and have fun with other mamas in the same season of life as you!

This class is recommended for those in their second and third trimesters, and appropriate for both first time mamas and those who have given birth before.

Only 6 spots are available.

Class length will be between 2-3 hours depending on length of questions and interactions. 🤍
