Legacy Fort Smith Summer Bash 2025. Residents, Staff and families enjoyed being outside playing in the Foam Machine provided by Bullfrog Bouncers, Water Slide & Water Slip & Slide provided by Kids Play Inflatable Rentals. Ice cream provided by Pinnacle Home Health, Face Painting by Amedisys Home Health and Heart of Hospice. Thank you to ICP, Centerwell Home Health, Delta Medical, Dr. Lane and Dr. Richey for helping to make this Bash a Huge Success!

Residents were able to enjoy hotdogs, hamburgers and the fixing made by our dietary staff. Residents enjoyed going through the Wheelchair Carwash built by Maintenance Assistant John Cook and residents were able to SLIME their DON, Administrator and other staff. What a day and what a time we all had.

We love to have fun and having fun with our residents is the absolute BEST.
