From Warrior II, we reach up and back, lifting our chest to the sky while grounding deeply through our legs. It’s a beautiful blend of strength and softness—a perfect balance of warrior fire and goddess flow.
✨ How to move:
From Warrior II, flip your front palm up
Reach that arm up and back, sliding your back hand gently down your back leg or reaching your back arm around your back for a bind.
Keep your front knee bent and strong with your knee stacked over your ankle, hips open to the side
Gaze soft and steady toward your raised hand or slightly upward
