This week, we flow into Reverse Warrior—the pose of open-hearted strength and graceful power.

From Warrior II, we reach up and back, lifting our chest to the sky while grounding deeply through our legs. It’s a beautiful blend of strength and softness—a perfect balance of warrior fire and goddess flow.

✨ How to move:

From Warrior II, flip your front palm up

Reach that arm up and back, sliding your back hand gently down your back leg or reaching your back arm around your back for a bind.

Keep your front knee bent and strong with your knee stacked over your ankle, hips open to the side

Gaze soft and steady toward your raised hand or slightly upward

This week, we embody the power of Warrior II—a strong, open stance that holds space for both fire and grace.
She’s grounded, centered, and unapologetically taking up space.

✨ How to step into it:
Start from a wide stance.
➡️ Pivot your back heel down
➡️ Bend into the front knee, stacking it right over the ankle
➡️ Keep your hips open to the side
➡️ Reach your arms out long, shoulder-height
➡️ Gaze over your front middle finger
➡️ Pull your back arm gently back to stay balanced in your center

• Builds strength in the legs and core
• Opens the hips and chest
• Sharpens focus and inner stillness
