• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill out your intake form
• Drink plenty of water before your session
• Eat light beforehand for optimal comfort
🌿 After Your Massage
• Continue to hydrate well
• Please avoid alcohol or caffeine for a couple of hours to allow your body to fully relax
🤍 Health & Safety
• Please do not come in if you have a fever, cardiac conditions, fractures, dislocations, or are feeling unwell
• If unsure, please consult your doctor before receiving massage therapy
• If you are pregnant, please inform me prior to your appointment
