I have an adult daughter, who is currently teaching me how to be a "Swiftie" and my husband and I are the caregivers of two wonderful dogs - a pomeranian, who had to have a life-saving heart surgery when she was a puppy, and a poodle shih tzu mix. Mindfulness tips to help with stress-

⭐️Focus on your breathing. Deep breaths can help reduce stress.

⭐️Try the 5-4-3-2-1 method: name 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste. This helps interrupt anxious thoughts and refocus your mind.

⭐️Shift from “what if” to “what is”:
When stress comes from worrying about the future, gently bring your focus back to the present. Ask yourself, “What’s actually happening right now?” This helps break the cycle of anxious thinking and keeps you grounded.
