Fire is impetus. It's movement. Of all 5 elements, only fire brings chemical change, turning what we've sown into something else, something new to explore, something once hidden. The Horse, too, is movement, momentum, pressure, knowing. As the Snake allowed us to collect and integrate our own energies, the Horse is the vehicle through which those energies create.

The Year of the Fire Horse takes us past our preparation and brings to life those ideas the Snake planted along its path. Without direction and a hold of the reins, the Fire Horse runs on wildfire - anxiety, fear, loss of control, and burnout. But with a vision of one's purpose and the trust to let sowed seeds grow, the Fire Horse races us along an illuminated path.

Taylor returns to teaching tomorrow with her annual Lunar New Year class. Join us at 10am as we meet the Fire Horse.

Heated. Difficult. Everyone is welcome. Practice what you can and rest when you need. But get ready.
