Seva Yoga Studios is dedicated to bringing yoga to everyone. We offer beginner to advanced classes, free "Seva" classes for those who need a therapeutic practice but may not be able to afford it or know where to begin, and donation-based "Service" classes designed to give back to the Arkansas River Valley community. Please browse our classes and schedule to find the right class for you, sign up online, or simply come by our studio in Maybranch Square.

We continue from our enneatype and subtype workshop, diving deeper into the nuance and intricacies between the 9 types. Part 2 looks at how each reacts to stressors, navigates social situations, and uses their past to shape their worlds. The yoga practice increases our physical, mental, and emotional awareness to integrate this information and improve our relationships.

A Level 2/300 Hour advanced training is for Level 1/200 hour certified teachers who want to continue their yoga education.

Upon completion of the 300 hour course teachers will hold a Level 2/500 hour certification.
(200 + 300 = 500)

Our advanced training will be in module format, one long weekend per month, for 18 months. The entire program contains almost 400 hours of training, so trainees can choose to attend only the modules they want totaling 270 hours, or they can take them all.

After the completion of a minimum of 270 hours, trainees have one year to complete and submit 3 case studies. Upon approval of all 3 case studies trainees will receive their advanced certification.
