Brooken Hill Health and Rehab is a brand new, state of the art facility offering long term care, and short term rehabilitation in a beautifully designed setting.
The only facility in the river valley offering all private rooms with private baths.

This Friday, the 25th, we will be hosting open interviews from 11am-2pm at our facility. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for LPN and CNA positions. If you are interested, please join us this Friday between 11am-2pm. We look forward to meeting you.

We hosted a well-attended Easter egg hunt this afternoon, with participants from Jack & Jill day care, staff kids, and community friends. Residents gathered eggs and took photos with the Easter bunny. We are grateful for our community and enjoy our interactions with them. Thank you to everyone that came and to Wendy & our Bunny Brian.

We extend our gratitude to Life at Gallagher and your team for your participation in United Way of Fort Smith Day of Caring this morning. Your interaction with our residents, including nail painting, visits, and bingo, was truly appreciated. We invite you to visit us again soon.

We are all set up and ready to welcome the Easter bunny tomorrow at 2:30pm during our Easter egg hunt. If you want your picture taken with the bunny, stop by the activities room and take advantage of this beautiful photo op we have set up.

Get ready for some serious bunny business! Petter Cotton Tail is on his way! He'll be visiting our residents this Friday. Don't forget to take a photo with him before or after our Easter Egg Hunt in the Activities Room. The fun kicks off at 2:30pm with over 2000 eggs!
