We had such an amazing time celebrating at our annual Thanksgiving luncheon. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Linda Stephens, who once again did an incredible job preparing and serving both our clients and staff.
This year was extra special: we celebrated Linda's 20 years of dedicated service!
It was truly heartwarming to see our staff from Northwest Arkansas, Russellville, Hot Springs, and Fort Smith come together for fellowship, lots of laughs, and tons of love on this special holiday. What a great team—it's another wonderful memory for the books! ❤️

Every Monday, we will spotlight on a special member of our team.
Today we want to recognize and celebrate Dee Gothard,ADC, BA, RDS
Harbor House, inc Operations Coordinator!!!

Recovery gave her life new meaning—and now she’s helping others find the same. After walking her own path to healing, our Operations Coordinator joined HH with a deep desire to give back and support others in their recovery journeys.

Before joining HH, she was working in life insurance, attending meetings, and staying active in her recovery community. Those experiences taught her patience, tolerance, and humility—skills that now guide her every day at HH.

What she loves most is being part of the process: watching people take those first brave steps, grow, and begin to believe in themselves again. She’s grateful for everyone who supported her along the way, especially Lisa Haynes and Tyler Limore for their encouragement and confidence.
