I e talked to multi parents and patients this week about something called Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID. It’s real, it’s hard, you are not a bad parent, it’s not all in your head!

I’ve been thinking about a way I can introduce some after school routines not every day cause that’s not possible but when I can add and just see if the evening goes a little bit smoother or if it changes anything.

My thoughts are if I take more time to connect with the kids
It may help our overall evening.

I created this FREE resource because, every week, I talk to people who have no idea what services their child is eligible for. I wanted to provide something straightforward that outlines and guides them on how to get started. I am always willing to chat with anyone, but this is a great starting point!

I navigated applying for some of these when my daughter was younger for her medical journey, so I understand how intimidating and frustrating it can become.
