Gateway Rehab. We’ve cared for various people in rehab here. One gentleman no one else would help. We created a unique care plan in conjunction with Gateway for him. The doctors said he’d never walk or talk again. But with ours and Gateways help he did. He was with us for over 20 years before passing. A treasure in our hearts and family.

Our Senior Care Team is here to help our senior community in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.

We offer 24 hour care, 7 days a week. Emergency help offered 24 hours a day.

Connecting Hearts is a privately owned business. Sue Henderson, owner and manager, was a field nurse for over 20 years. After working in nursing homes for so long, her dream was to create a healthy environment for seniors to stay at home while they aged. Providing quality care from the heart. Sue is a passionate, kind and honest woman dedicated to helping the senior community!

At Connecting Hearts, we tailor our services based on your individual needs. We offer continuity of care which allows for a friendship, safety and trust to develop. We stay connected and communicate with families.
