Monday Updates: it feels like everyone got hurt last week. I did a lot of marketing in September and October will be no different. I have had a patient of mine open a stretch business in Newport and I will be doing a post on him once he gets his storefront established. This is the second week of October so that means fall break is here, homecoming dates are all over the place, annnnd its Felix's birthday week. He turns 8 on Saturday! How quickly he has grown up. I have a very slow Monday so I'll be in office working on notes, flyers, and calling past patients. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Where the Floreks live, it was sunny and 78 all weekend. Simply amazing. Happy Monday, yall.

Monday Updates: fall is here and it's been a busy few weeks. I have full office hours this week - Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm. Friday I will be here 930am until 2pm. I had a busy week networking, advertising, and introducing myself to loads of people last week. Friday at Operation Enduring Freedom and Saturday at the Kroger Wellness Festival with the kids. Last week was another one of those weeks where nothing seemed to get done and this week started off broken down 5 minutes away from the house. I had to remind myself - it could always be worse. Anyways, I hope you all had a lovely weekend and let's build on whatever momentum you have. Take a walk while its nice out, hug your loved ones, drink an extra glass of water, and seek positivity.

Monday Updates: its the first day of Fall - woohoo! Nothing but bonfires and sweater weather ahead. Let's not forget it is also soup season. I have lots of afternoon availability this week for some reason so if you need me after work this week, I'll all yours. I have 2 marketing events to attend, my first appointment of the day was a new patient, and I have lunch plans to meet with a NKY lawyer this week. Its going to be a good week so let's keep up this momentum.

8 cancelations today so this is a PSA to wash your hands frequently as we're in the back to school season. Wash your bedding if your kids are sick, dispose of icky toothbrushes when your kids (or you) are sick, and regroup! Gotta love the fall temperatures but back to school bug has been rampant down here... I used my downtime today to get caught up on stuff but dang that was a rough day! Coming back strong tomorrow. Updates: Football is back and so are loads of loads of patients. We have reactivated 11 patients in the past week. It's great to see people come back after lapse in care - means they know where to go to get them better when life gets the best of them. We have been working on networking recently and my September has 9 different places for me to go to introduce myself. This month is going to get a little hectic so if I look tired, I'm sorry. Bengals won, Steelers won, Browns and Ravens both lost however its only week 1. I participated in a little Nerf Wars with my son's buddies this weekend and those little darts are dangerous! I'll try to do a better job checking in online but I'm spread pretty thin this month so we'll see. Also, I think I want to start a new segment called "Things a Chiropractor Googles" just to give y'all a peek of what we need reminded when it comes to day-to-day interactions with our patients. Lastly, would love to see reviews with the office (since my listing from Florek Family Chiropractic was deleted last month). I'll get a QR posted around the office and start encouraging patients to check-in when they are in office. Started off on the right foot this morning with no traffic and 2 new patients calling to get in. Let's ride the wave of Momentum Monday!!

With football only 2 short days away, I want to know who you think wins the AFC North this year. Will it be the Bengals, Ravens, Steelers, or Browns? We need to keep each of accountable as the smack talk of the football season returns. I love this time of year!

Monday Updates: today marks the second week of back to school down here in NKY and I think everyone has survived the return. Back to School season is always an open and available time of year because everyone is everywhere else besides the office. hahaha. I made a post on What's Up Campbell County last week and that performed really well for me. I was able to meet and treat 3 new patients who were interested in seeking treatment. We had 3 referrals to the office last week (thank you to those who follow me - I'm not allowed to tag you or I would) and finally I have had 5 of my Falmouth folks come back for treatment in the past month. It is always good to see my OG patients. This week has started off slow but I have 3 advertising/marketing events lined up for the week because slow days only happen so often ;) gotta go find the next batch of people. Enjoy this weather, y'all. Because its bonfire season!! WOOOHOOO. Happy Monday.
