If you noticed we were closed last Friday, it's because we were busy at our biannual SUMMIT!

Twice a year, our entire company comes together for a weekend full of learning, growth, and team building 📈 Here is a highlight of day 1, which included members of our billing departments, patient service specialist team, leadership roles, and clinicians. 🤝

We put a lot of emphasis on personal growth and development at RPI, and one of the best ways to accomplish this is growing TOGETHER!

We will be closed today, Friday 5/15, as our team will be in Evansville for our RPI biannual Summit 🤓. All of our RPI clinics will be together for 2 days of learning, growing, and team building. Welcome, Aidan!!

Aidan is in his final year of DPT school at Hanover College and is joining us for his final clinical rotation! After graduation, Aidan plans on staying with RPI and completing the Orthopedic Residency Program in pursuit of his OCS. We are excited for Aidan to meet our patients and continue to grow through his rotation with us. Make sure to give him a warm welcome in the clinic!

We are looking to hire a Patient Service Specialist (PSS)! The role of the PSS is to make patients' experience with us effortless and easy. The PSS is often the first voice our patients hear and the first face they see. This is not a typical "front office" position - we are looking for someone who is passionate about bettering healthcare and their community!

Responsibilities:
➡ Interacting and building relationships with patients
➡ Scheduling patients
➡ Answering the phone
➡ Taking payments
➡ Scanning/faxing patient documents
➡ Being informed on services provided
➡ Support team with various administrative tasks and projects
