Thank you for trusting Sunshine Thai & Medical Massage with your care. We truly appreciate the opportunity to support your health and wellness.

We would like to inform you that, effective May 1st, 2026, our service rates will be adjusted. This change reflects the rising costs of professional supplies, maintenance, and staff wages, and allows us to continue providing high-quality treatments, advanced techniques, and a comfortable, safe environment for every client.

In addition, we will be implementing an updated cancellation policy to better serve all clients and respect our therapists’ time:

24-Hour Notice Required
Clients are kindly required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

- First occurrence of a no-show or late cancellation: $50 fee
- Second occurrence: $75 fee
- Third occurrence: 100% of the service fee will be charged, and the client may be discharged from the practice

As a busy practice with a full schedule and active waitlist, these updates help us ensure fair scheduling and allow us to accommodate clients who are waiting for care.
