We are honored to introduce Rachael Colón, our dedicated and experienced office manager at Destination Spine Care.

With a passion for patient care and a heart for service, Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and warmth to our team. Rachael proudly served in the United States Air Force for 21 years as a combat medic, completing four deployments during her military service. This experience built a foundation of resilience, compassion, and excellence that she carries into her work every day.

With 31 years in healthcare, she has a deep love for providing excellent patient care and is passionate about positive patient outcomes, thriving on working through complex medical cases to ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve.

As our office manager, Rachael keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and well-cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Rachael has been married to her husband, Victor, for 26 years and is a proud mother of two children and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. Outside the office, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling the world, exploring local spots, getting lost in a good book, enjoying Latin dancing, and supporting Victor’s softball team whenever she can.

Rachael’s dedication to patient care, her extensive healthcare experience, and her genuine love for helping others make her an invaluable part of the Destination Spine Care family.
