New research highlights the importance of nutrition support while using GLP-1 medications.

A 2025 study found:
• Only 8% of patients saw a dietitian within 180 days of starting GLP-1 treatment
• 22.4% were diagnosed with at least one nutritional deficiency after one year of being on a GLP-1.

Working with a dietitian can help protect your nutrition, muscle health, and long-term success while on GLP-1 therapy.
