Introducing the 12 Days of Self-Care Challenge ✨
December can feel like a lot — full hearts, full calendars, full everything.
So this year, instead of pushing through on empty, we’re doing it differently.
For 12 days, we’re slowing down, tuning in, and choosing tiny, doable moments of care that actually support your nervous system, your energy, and your overall well-being.
Nothing intense. Nothing overwhelming. Just simple daily practices that help you feel a little more you.
Here’s what you can expect:

This challenge is designed to fit into even the busiest season — because taking care of yourself shouldn’t be another thing on the to-do list. It should feel supportive, grounding, and nourishing.
We begin on December 10th and move through December 21st.
