In this 3-hour immersive workshop, we’ll explore the core canister—the integrated inner system made up of your diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and spinal stabilizers. Through mindful movement, breath exploration, and embodied anatomy, you’ll experience how this inner system works together with your outer (extrinsic) core to create strength that feels supportive rather than restrictive.
