🌿🐢 Huge shoutout to Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge for bringing the wild to us today! 🐍🌊

Our Junior Lifeguards had an unforgettable hands-on experience learning about native wildlife, from turtles to snakes, and everything in between! Watching their faces light up as they touched a box turtle or bravely held a snake was nothing short of magic. 💫

Thank you for taking the time to teach our kids about local species, conservation, and the importance of respecting our environment. Your passion and knowledge left a lasting impression on all of us. We are so grateful for the work you do to protect and rehabilitate wildlife here on the Emerald Coast! 💚

🚨 Junior Lifeguards Week 1 Recap 🚨

This week was action-packed with hands-on learning, fire hose fun, and unforgettable experiences! From crawling through firetrucks to cooling off in the spray and learning how our local heroes save lives—it’s safe to say these Junior Guards had a week to remember! 🧯🌊🚑

A huge thank you to the incredible community partners who made it possible:
🔥 Okaloosa Island Fire Department – for the tour, the trucks, and letting us live out our firefighter dreams!
🚑 Okaloosa EMS – for showing us what it takes to care for our community in an emergency.
🚁 Okaloosa Med Flight – for giving us a close-up look at lifesaving from the sky. So cool!
🐢 Jessica Valek, Natural Resources Manager – for teaching us how to protect and care for our Sea Turles.

Your time, energy, and support helped shape these kids into stronger, smarter, and more safety-minded leaders. THANK YOU! 💛
