We had an absolutely wonderful Lunch & Learn focused on the power of positive thinking. This is something we all encounter in our daily lives, and the discussion offered us valuable tools and reminders on how shifting our mindset can make a big difference. ✨

It was educational but also uplifting, leaving everyone encouraged, motivated, and filled with positivity. We are so grateful for opportunities like these that bring us together, expand our knowledge, and brighten our day! ☀️

Our pool aerobics just keep getting better and better! Moments together that keep us motivated as a team are always a win! 🏊‍♀️ We love the benefits of working out in the pool, as it's a weightless exercise that allows us to stay active without the strain on our joints. It’s fun and beneficial in so many unique ways, so come and join us for some fun in the sun! ☀️

A big thank you to Staci ✨ with VITAS for visiting us and leading such an engaging and educational talk on our Home Safety Checklist. The presentation sparked meaningful conversation, with residents asking excellent questions and staying fully engaged throughout. The information shared was not only insightful but also incredibly valuable—encouraging us to reevaluate what safety measures we currently have in place, as well as what improvements we can make moving forward. We are so grateful for this empowering session that combined knowledge with practical tips, leaving everyone feeling informed and inspired.

We’ve added some new & improved fun rules to keep the energy high! One of our favorites: if you get up and boogie for just 5 seconds, you can win a prize! 💃🕺 Our biggest excitement always comes during COVERALL, the crowd-favorite round! 🏆 Come join us, share some laughs, play some games, and remember—we play Bingo at least three times a week, so the fun never stops! 🎲🎶

We had such a wonderful time at our paint and sip class! We each painted a slice of watermelon, each one bursting with personality and heart! Painting gives us a chance to slow down, focus, and let our creativity run wild! 🎨
