Last Call – Only 5 Spots Left for the Indigenous Youth Voices Summer Trip
Sign-ups are open until tomorrow morning — or may close tonight once spots are filled. Please SHARE!
This is an unforgettable, culturally rooted journey open to Native youth in Denver and Wind River. Together, we’ll:
Visit ancestral teepee rings and learn their stories
Pick chokecherries and identify medicinal plants
Experience the power of water through white-water rafting, kayaking, and fly fishing
Join circle talks and healing spaces around the value of water, identity, and connection
Learn directly from elders, knowledge sharers, and traditional ecological teachings
This year’s theme is “Water is Life” — grounding us in our relationship with the land and the responsibility to protect it.
There will be pick-up locations in both Denver and Fort Washakie for participants.
And there’s more: participants on this trip will also have the chance to join us at NYC Climate Week next month, where our Indigenous Youth Voices program will host an event focused on Native youth leadership in environmental and climate justice advocacy.
Only 5 spots remain — don’t wait!
