The youth fitness class was such an incredible experience! We’re so grateful to all the parents who made it a priority to bring their kids each week, and a huge shoutout to the kids who showed up ready to work, give their best effort, and stay consistent—even with their stretching homework!

Throughout the program, the kids got to race, compete in games like tug of war, and take on fun relays, all while building real athletic skills. They worked on agility, plyometrics, speed development, and bodyweight strength—while also learning what it means to be a great teammate and support one another.

Watching their growth, confidence, and work ethic build week after week has been amazing.

We’re excited to keep this going into the summer—so stay tuned for what’s next! 💪🏼❤️ The ZONE

Youth Fitness Class #2 is in full swing!!

These young athletes are leveling up—getting stronger, faster, more agile, and learning how to jump higher every single session. And the best part? They’re doing it while having FUN and building great teamwork along the way.💪🏼🔥

From Coach Cris:
“The kids are doing amazing! They’re focused, hardworking, and bringing great energy every day. I love seeing them push themselves while still enjoying the process—can’t wait to watch their growth over these next few weeks!”

Got a 10–13 year old ready to take their athleticism to the next level?

Join us every Tuesday & Thursday at 4 PM at The Zone and be part of something special.

New athletes are always welcome—parents just need to stop in and sign a quick liability waiver before their first session.

Today we recognize National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, held each year on the first day of spring. This day honors Native people living with HIV, remembers those we’ve lost to AIDS-related complications, and encourages communities to promote testing, education, and care.

We’re grateful for the leadership of organizations like the Native American Community Clinic and the Indigenous Peoples Task Force, who are advancing culturally grounded HIV prevention, treatment, and wellness across Minnesota’s Native communities.

Their work reminds us that health, housing, and community care are deeply connected.
