In my experience most men experience some type of disconnection and/or loneliness. This is a chronic health concern for many. Former US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy highlighted the dire need for human connection in his ‘Parting Prescription for America’ and in his book ‘Together’.

I named my business Flow State Yoga Therapy after the preeminent psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi‘s concept of “Flow”. He was inspired by Yoga, athletics, and high focus activity where flow occurs.

I recommend his book Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience. Let me know if you choose to read it.
