Cozy Banana Lemon Ginger Winter Smoothie 🍌🍋
Creamy, bright, and zesty – a quick blender drink that feels like a warm hug on a cold day.
You’ll Need (serves 2):
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you like)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)[
- A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a colder drink)
Optional Topping:
Little mint leaves or a lemon slice on top
How to Make it:
1. Peel and slice the bananas.
2. Add banana, milk, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey or maple syrup, and ice (if using) to a blender.
3. Blend until very smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and add a bit more sweetener or lemon if you like.
5. Pour into 2 glasses and serve right away.
Tip:
Use frozen banana slices for an extra thick, milkshake-style smoothie.
