Congratulations Dr Gerstman!

Dr. Ira Gerstman of Concierge Medical Services of Family Practice of Upper Dublin has been reviewed and approved as a PA Top Doctor for 2025 based on merit. Dr. Gerstman has practiced family medicine in Fort Washington since 1981. A graduate of UMDNJ–New Jersey Medical School, he’s deeply committed to teaching patients, students, and residents. Board-certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine, he is also actively involved in his community through leadership and fundraising efforts supporting local education and the arts.

At Concierge Medical Services, we are dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. We offer preventive care for our patients as well as easy accessibility for those who are acutely or chronically ill. We are concerned with all aspects of your healthcare, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being in every stage of life, in good health or illness. The physicians here at CMS, along with our dedicated staff, will work together to go above and beyond the standard of care. It is our mission to help our patients navigate the medical maze and continuum of care.

We offer complete medical services including but not limited to live person to answer the phone, email and provider cell phone access including text message, yearly 2 hour physicals, same day/next day 30 to 60 minute appointments, off-site visits (Fitness Center, Nursing Home, House Call & Hospital), 24/7 access to the same physician, enhanced communication, little to no office wait time, coordination of care with specialists. We also offer patient management and counseling for a variety of conditions including nutrition, diabetes, weight management, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, COPD, Polymyalgia rheumatica, and stress reduction.

Here at CMS, we do not collect co-payments for services rendered. There is an all-inclusive retainer fee. We do not bill any insurance carrier, and unlike other concierge practices, we do NOT receive any payment whatsoever from Medicare.

Founded in 2006, Drs. David Badolato and Ira Gerstman, with over 60 years of combined practice experience in Family Medicine, started Concierge Medical Services to offer patients a unique, thorough healthcare experience and journey in a patient-centric primary care setting. In contrast to traditional primary care, CMS offers its patients a more enhanced relationship with the physician, a holistic approach to healthcare, and combines modern medicine with old fashioned values.
