(PPC) is an arts-based, mental health, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that engages, educates and empowers through the expressive arts. We are a collective of mental health professionals, educators, social justice advocates and creatives. Our mission is to "Create Change!" by creating programs, products, and services that promote social, emotional, and behavioral wellness. Together we will become more mentally healthy, fiscally responsible and socially aware. PPC has four programmatic pillars:

2. Social Justice & Service Learning
3. Expressive Arts & Holistic Practices
4. Entrepreneurship & Financial Wellness

A new chapter for housing. Mayor Brandon Scott just cut the ribbon on the $24 million Residences at Irvington Woods. 71 fully renovated affordable apartments for homeless families, veterans, and residents with mental health needs.

Each home comes with modern amenities like central air, full kitchens, washers & dryers, and access to an on-site service coordinator.
