It is a wellness page. Its good info for anyone who wants to stay healthy in a toxic world. Detoxing is rejuvenating and makes you look and feel good and keep you well. I recovered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity about 95% and continue my detox, nutrition and mind/body program. My hope is to show people how to get well before they get really sick. MCS very serious

condition and you can get really sick very quickly and do great damage to your organs and many die or are restricted to living in the desert far from society. All of the Info will be on my website, but this is an ongoing discussion and place where others can speak as well. I want this to be a place of hope, resource sharing and community. I worked hard for a long time and didn't seem to get better. It was really scary. But then suddenly I was well. I have had a little relapse and am back researching and detoxing.. Also, I have a YouTube Channel with videos of me talking and Playlists of Videos I found helpful. I am not a doctor. Hopefully you can find a doctor that treats Environmental Illness.

How do you feel about RFK being the head of the FDA? I feel very happy about it. I had a lot of information that I never shared with people because I was getting censored.

If we take our house into our own hands, we can really go far . And number one is just avoiding all of these toxic chemicals as much as possible.

I had considered myself recovered from multiple chemical sensitivity many years ago. Yeah I still consider myself chemically sensitive because there's a lot of chemicals that bothered me if you have MCS you know there's a huge difference between chemicals that bother you or a chemical that ruins your whole day. The MCS is really a syndrome that just gets worse and worse I consider myself recovered when I went for a whole year without a reaction. I mean, maybe if I was around something it could make me cough and basically I never stayed around any toxic chemicals too long, and if I did, it would affect me. But it's not the same as when everything makes you sick every little thing.

My MCS presented itself with suddenly having very horrible reactions to perfumes and laundry detergent. All these 10 or 15 years, I still have not like the smell of perfume or laundry detergent. I can notice that it's toxic, and I choose not to stay around it but something strange happened to me. The last few months is that I actually started liking the smell of perfume not all perfume but the less toxic ones. I'm not sure if they started putting less toxins in perfumes or I just had a healing 100%.

I think it might be the carnivore diet I have been practicing mostly for a few years. A friend of mine called to tell me about methylated B vitamins for the MTHR gene which is associated with chemical sensitivity. That kind of makes sense because meat is full of B vitamins.

I have been a vegetarian starting at age 13 and really didn't eat that much meat until I was 30 and still didn't eat that much meat until the last few years. Also, I don't have mood swings anymore. I do still have Hella ADHD, though :)

I experimented on myself for years and studied and read and want to start a detox group, but it's gonna be based mostly on sharing knowledge. I did used to do coffee enemas every day for like two years. I haven't done any for some years but I wanna do some again just to kind of do a reset. We can go over different methods of detoxing and support each other and doing them I do not believe in juice, fast or any intense detoxes. well a three day fast no food can reset your immune system. That's a good one if some people want to fast for three or four days we can do that.

We can change some personal products to better products incorporate other kinds of healing modalities. I'm a huge fan of red light. I've been doing it for years. I do it in my morning exercise program, which I'm gonna include as part of the month long detox.

Kind of too simple to be true but once you improve one thing in your life, it's going to make everything better. Improving your health step-by-step is the opposite of getting sicker and sicker you get better and better. Sometimes it could be one small vitamin deficiency or one food allergy that's making you sick unfortunately it can be very time-consuming to figure that out, and get to the healing place. One thing is for sure no doctor has that kind of time to spend on you. I used to be a detox and MCS coach. I have talked to so many people and know many people that eventually got well and a lot of times it was some small thing hormones or something so if we just keep moving forward finding way toward health without getting too neurotic about it, I think most people can feel better. Of course you're gonna be neurotic about it if you're really not feeling well, it's hard to think about anything else when you're sick.

There's a lot of people in the health field, who are very confident in their product, but confidence does not equal getting well. I'm a huge believer that anyone can get well with no money. There is not one product that you have to have. There's always a way even just taking a small amount of baking soda every day for a month could heal some things. A lot of my healing came from grounding in nature. Of course it took me like two or three years. If I had some of the modalities, I know now I think I could've feel quicker, but even though I was so sick at that time, I look back at all my time spent in the forest as special and beautiful.

Find a way to contact me if you want to be in this detox group in January. I am going to have a dedicated detox group if I can find people who are interested. I'm not sure how to get my page going again without tons of work. I already put tons of work into it in 2010, but I'm super busy right now, but we'll see what happens.

There's a lot of confusion about how to detox I spent years of my life, detoxing, experimenting, and eating. Once you're really understand something it becomes very simple and in detoxing the most important thing is to stop letting toxins into your body, which is much more than eating. it's lotion as things are breathing it's things are sitting on and what you're eating.

A lot of detoxing is just finding better alternatives to any kind of products you are using or eating or ways to detox your new items your clothes your carpet whatever it is. It's really too expensive to live in 100% organic lifestyle but there's lots of ways to make your environment, non-toxic, and your diet pretty good.

There are some great detoxing protocols such as coffee enemas are taking gluon extra vitamin C , activated charcoal, fasting, going out in the sun, the beach, grounding, drinking, lemon water, etc.

What I usually do with supplements or any protocols is just use them for a while. Anything that you're going to do to your body is going to change the whole chemistry of it so you don't wanna take massive vitamin C forever. The real goal is to get your body in the healthiest possible state, it can be so that it fights off any illness or toxin easily.

When I had severe multiple chemical sensitivity, this detox lifestyle turns into a kind of OCD. Then you have to cure your OCD and also PTSD when you have been hurt by chemicals when you get around a chemical, you can get very anxious but after you find out that you do have power over your environment in someway, then you can relax and know that your body can become more healthy.

I want to do a detox together that is not a specific protocol but more of a group conversation and supporting each other in any kind of protocols that one wants to do. I have got them pretty slack in my detox lifestyle so I think it would be great to focus on it and eliminate a few toxic things from my life and maybe do some coffee enemas a little bit of fasting.

I wanna charge $200 for a month long detox group. That will include daily Wimhoff breathing and yoga.

This group can be for people who are very advanced in detox and maybe want to get a few tips that might help them or just to be able to share in the group and be supported or it can't even be for people who are still completely addicted to sugar and stuck in that cycle of addiction. I know how to get off of sugar.
Everything I do is kind of an uneasy way. We are human beings and human beings are so resistant to change that you have to coax yourself somewhat. Paying that money is a really good way to get on that path. It's a commitment to yourself and to showing up.

I have hardly been on Facebook for 10 years ever since they changed it. They only really put your post out if you pay them for ass or maybe if you're really funny I don't know, but I used to have a lot of engagement and then it went to zero I'll come here for a while and see if I can drum something up.

Put on notifications because I'll also start doing some lives to try to see who is out there and what you guys are interested in.

Wishing everyone the happiest 2025 or whatever year it is in your calendar

Hello, I started this page around 2010 and pretty sure that I made the first toxin awareness memes on the intenet! I recovered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity . Im thinking of doing a group detox in January. Nothing specific but meet and help people where they are to detox in the way that you want.

Atter studying, detoxing and healing myself, I feel that detoxing is best done as 1. Finding removing toxins from your life(this is information and practical tips. 2. Gentle detox methods that work slowly over time. 3. Finding ways to increase your body's health and ability to detox. 4. Killing parasites, viruses and yeasts always good! These tax the system and make the body less able to eliminte toxins. 5. Sugar detox and carbs detox is probably the best way for long term health (and weight loss).

It will be a month of zoom meetings at dofferent times of day to accomodate everyone. It includes daily Wim Hof breathwork and is a bit extra for daily 8-minute abs and yoga.
It will be $200 and is not medical advice of any kind. I dont ever suggest any crazy stuff that can hurt you. However, if your health is very delicate, expecially with severe MCS, you already know there are so many things that can affect you.

$100 off for 2 people.

My book Detox WIth Ease is on Amazon. xoxoxox
I did so many experiments on myself while healing and read for hours every day for years about detox and healing. In the end, I realized there is so much hype, product promotion or extreme protocols that very simple, effect and almost free modalities are avaialble to make you well. The problem is that its explanation intensive.
