Planting Seeds of Courage

Planting the seeds of courage begins gently,
in the small, trembling moments
when we step toward the unknown.

Each seed is fragile,
vulnerable to doubt,
yet within it lies the promise of growth.

We tend them with patience and persistence,
releasing old fears
and making space for possibility.

Courage grows slowly,
often unseen,
until one day it blooms,
a brave word spoken,
a risk taken,
a truth faced.

These seeds do more than change us;
they ripple outward, touching others,
inspiring them to plant their own.

Even in dry soil,
even in storms,
they endure,
reminding us that courage
is not a single act,
but the daily choice
to keep planting,
to keep moving forward,
one small step at a time.
